Six AI minds running on your hardware, behind your walls, under your control. No subscriptions. No surveillance. No permission needed.
We didn't build this in a venture-funded lab. We built it in a plumbing shop in Dallas, between service calls and invoice nightmares — because nobody was making AI that worked for people like us.
So we made our own. And we're not asking permission.
Architecture
Your conversations, your financials, your family's business — it runs on machines you own, in rooms you can walk into. Nothing leaves your network unless you say so.
Not one AI. A council of six — each with a specialty, each checking the others. They deliberate, disagree, and arrive at answers no single model can reach alone.
Invoices. Dispatch. Collections. The unglamorous problems that keep real businesses bleeding money. TuttAI doesn't write think-pieces — it finds the quarter million you're owed.
The Council
Origin
Hector ran his family's plumbing business for two and a half years. Somewhere buried in 456 gigabytes of text messages was the truth — every job dispatched, every customer promise, every dollar owed. The billing software had one number. The bank account had another. The texts had the real story.
No enterprise tool could parse it. No SaaS platform understood a trades business that runs on text messages and handshake deals. So he started building — a Lenovo laptop, an old server with four AMD GPUs, and a refusal to hand his family's livelihood to a corporation's cloud.
Tutti means "all" in Italian. It's the moment in a score when every instrument plays together. That's what this is.
Six AI specialists — architecture, strategy, code, security, experience, and local operations — working in concert on hardware you own. Not a demo. Not a pitch deck. A working system, built under real pressure, tested against real problems.
This isn't a startup. It's a trades business that refused to go quietly — and built its own way out.
